By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.1. Using commissioned art created by me to trace, create bases, use for lineart, commercial use, heavily referencing, etc is strictly prohibited unless stated otherwise directly from me.2. I have the right to refuse to not draw things I am uncomfortable with. For more information, check my do's and don'ts section3. I REQUIRE a clear reference photo(s)/image(s). IF there is none provided, an additonal cost will be added to the base price.4. I do not entirely recreate other artists works, the only exception for this rule is orginial characters.5. Full price payment must be given to me after the client has received and approved the sketch for the commission.6. Turn around time is appx. 2 weeks, this is subject to change based on my personal life (I go to school full-time) and the complexitiy of the commission.7. Tax IS included with roblox pricing, you will not be expected to cover it.8. Adding more than one character will double the orginial price, example: Icon: 10$ --> 20$9. Progress photos will be provided for the sketch, flat colors, and the final drawing.10. I cannot provide refunds, all purchases of commissions are final.11. All commissions will be watermarked.
